Conveyal is working with TriMet in Portland to advance their trip planning tools. As the design lead on the task, I address challenges such as increasing the visibility of multi-modal transportation, displaying in-context results for riders in need, and providing options for shared-use mobility, such as Uber an Lyft. I have developed detailed mobile-first mock ups for the tool based on user stories and research.

I take a user-first approach to research, building out complex user stories that allow for the development process to be oriented towards meaningful outcomes.
